OUR STORY

Majestic Cedar Property was founded with a single belief — that property investment should work harder for the investor, not the other way around. We started with a single HMO conversion in Maidstone and never looked back.
Today we manage over 120 properties across England, delivering consistent double-digit returns for our clients through rigorous deal selection, meticulous development, and truly hands-free management.
Every client relationship is built on transparency, trust, and one simple promise: we only bring you opportunities we would invest in ourselves.
